Everything changed in past 2 years: carpet, vinyl, kitchen & bath cabinets & countertops, bath fixtures with
water saver commode, interior paint, porch decking, light fixtures, water heater. Air handler about 3 years ago.
Nothing to do except move in.
No yard to mow!
